Indigo
I woke up and saw the dark, foresty swamp around me. The trees were all destroyed and the wild animals gruesomely decapitated. I got up with agonising pain in my legs like they had bulletshots going through them continuosly. Once I got used to my legs again I limped into a stream while looking around getting used to my legs again. I felt like I haven't used them for years but they were getting more flexible again. I tripped over a small rock and hit my head. I diddnt see anything but the darkness. I woke up standing on a branch. I looked up and saw gravel and rock. Then I looked down and saw blue with fluffy white things in it. I realised I was upside down. I heard groans and thought something was coming but then a snap and I fell. Once I landed he was in a mud bath. I got up as quick as I could and wiped it all off my face. I felt breath on my face. I wiped it out of my eyes and saw a huge mouth lunging at me. I fell over into the mud and it was gone. I looked around and went down. I was being forced down by something. Something was dragging me into the mud, I was suffocating. I was going to die. I tried to grab something from my pocket but I coulden't move because I was being hurled down and mud in my face. I started to gasp for breath. But it was too late. I was dead.

The first time it happened to me was then. I woke up in an open cardboard box. I woke up, got out slowly and was very confused. I was gasping for air. When I got my energy back I lifted myself out of the box but I ended up on the floor. When I got back up I looked around, it looked like a survival camp. Lots of beds and fires. The camp was about 2 metres by 2 metres in width and it looked like lots of people stayed here. I wandered into a tent and saw a small nest. It had two small eggs. I got one and examined it for about five seconds before my instincts told me to duck. When I did some strange spit went over my head and hit the back of the tent infront of me. It started to dissolve into smoke and dust. I diddn't look around I just heard raptor screams. I decided to grab the eggs and run, run run run into the forest. I diddn't have time to look where I was going because I heard heavy footsteps and roaring raptors behind me. I stumbled on something stiff on the ground, I looked down and saw something dark brown, streamlined with striped and feelers on the metal-hard head plate. I kept running and running and then. I went through alot of trees. I looked back and everything went black. When I got up I was being dragged. I could tell because I was being pulled but I diddn't feel it. The raptor was a silhouette so I coulden't see the detail. I was suddenly flung over its head. It looked through my pocket and felt its egg. I saw its face, it was turqouise with multicoloured dreads. It was dragging me along with razor-like teeth into the black. I kicked it with my free foot and had no effect. It looked at my other foot and grabbed that one instead. My other foot was dead it wasn't functioning right. I then stopped. I looked around me and I was falling into what looks like a tube of hypnositation. I landed in the camp. I went into the same tent and saw the hole in the back and the two missing eggs. I looked in my bag and one of the eggs were gone. I looked around the whole camp for a couple of hours and I saw two of the raptors in the distance. They were looking for me. I snuck around a tent and I tripped over something. A raptor came looking for me. It was at the other side of the tent, I started to circle it. I kept going round at the same pace so we would be at opposite sides. Then I went the other way with my eyes closed and at the other side it wasn't there. I stood up. The next second I got jumped by the other raptor. I punched it in the face and it went flying into the tent. "What, what just happened." I said to myself. I looked at what he tripped on, it was a baby raptors egg. The one I dropped. But it had hatched, or it could of been eaten. I ran off before the raptor could see me. I came upon a big blown up military base, the bottom half all dusty and black was still there. I walked into it and saw a stash of weapons. And a unconsious military soldier. I shaked his shoulder but I diddn't get a reply off him. I heard a roar. It wasn't a raptor. But a Rex. I threw the soldier into a corner, thud. It looked at me but I diddn't know it. I saw its foot enter the room but I diddn't look up incase of suspicion. Its head came down to me instead and looked at me. It snotted in my face. I felt sick it was all slimy, goo'ie and made me throw up in my mouth but i swallowed it back in for less movement. I closed my eyes. I fell asleep for some strange reason, I woke up later in a recovery position with that soldier shaking my shoulders and when I got up he intoduced himself. "Hello, i'm Garrett. And you?"
"Dorrth." I said. Garrett took me to the camp where I saw a silhoutte of a raptor. I told him to look but when he did it had gone. "Look!"
"What? Its the forest getting to your head come on." I followed him on. We went into another tent. We sat down and lit a fire in there. "So, who are you personally?"
"Well, my name is Garrett. I worked here when the 3rd Dinosaur project was going on. I was a medical soldier on the team. I went into the sewers and came nto an underground ocean. That is where the generator is. I went to escort the mechanics to safety to fix the generator. A giant fish like thing came out and attacked the team. It went back into its nest when I had chance to look properly."
"Nest?"
"Yes it has a nest in the deepest sewer."
"I guess thats my next stop."
"Want me to come with you?"
"Ye' sure. Lead the way..."
We came over to a vent in the camp. I felt something in my bag. I looked in it before we went in and saw a baby raptor eating some of my food. I sat down before we went in with it on my finger trying to balance. I gave him, or her a name. Chompy. We went into the sewer cap after putting him in my bag. I decided not to and put it in my zip pocket. It had a little hole very small so only air and not water could get in. We opened it very slowly, "Oh my god! Stinks like s....something rotten.We came up on a old water resort. It had plenty of giant fish. One flew past. It was huge!!! I grabbed a book and looked through it. I felt water drip on my head. It must of been a leak but then when I looked up...It was a giant head slobbering all over me. I wiped it off and ran. It dropped down out of the glass and created a flood. I shuffed the book in my pocket. with Chompy but I forgot Chompy was in there. The monster came at me with full speed on its flipper-like legs. It roared and made me faint. All I heard was Garrett blasting it to oblivion. I woke up in a womb. I looked around me and started to bash on the walls. I looked around and saw a baby one. It was pregnant. I got out a survival knife and cut my way out. I left the baby because i diddn't want to waste an innocent life. I fell deep into a sea of reddish and blue waters. It was like they was clashing against eachother to do it. I opened a small pipe-cap in the wall and went in it. I saw Garrett in there trying to eat scraps out of what was left in his bag. Chompy came out the pocket, he bit his way through the side. "Oh crap. My pocket." He had a indigo crystal in his mouth. I looked at him. I took it out of his mouth and he smiled at me. It shot a indigo energy at me. It sent me flying backwards into the wall. "What happened!?!?" Garrett said. I got up and felt strange. The pipe-cap ripped open. The beast took me out and threw me across the seas. Chompy was in the water too. He was trying to swim but he couldent. He saw a small pipe above the water he could fit into. I saw him climb in and that was the last time i ever saw him...

Or was it? I swam very very fast faster than i ever dreamed of going. The monster attacked with its 500 sets of teeth. I saw a wall behind me. I waited for it to attack so when it got really close I swam down as fast as i could, like 50 mph. It smashed through the wall into a big generator room without any waters. I was pulled down with the current and I slammed myself down on the ground. I would have expected to anyway. But I landed on my feet. Strangely. My eyes glowed indigo and I charged at about 100mph at the amphibic monster. It flapped at me at half my speed. It opened its mouth wide it took up half the room. The room was a circular room. It had a small ditch going round the room where it coulden't get in with a big giant generator in the middle. probably 5 times the size of the beast. I jumped over it. It lifted its head. I got higher. Its head got higher. It lunged. It missed. I flipped. It dived. I landed on its back and slided onto the generator. Garrett came through a door with Chompy in his hand. The beast looked at them and dived instead. Garrett dropped Chompy accidently and he ran off. Garrett tried to catch him but got whacked into a wall. He fell into the ditch thing. Luckily it wasn't a long way down. I ran round the generator hoops while it ran on the surfaces. My instincts told me to duck again so i did that. It lunged into the generator and it blew up. I grabbed the monsters head with strength. It weighed about 5 tonnes but I pulled it in. Its all with the Indigo. I pushed it into the generator as deep as it could go until it hurt the most. I jumped of and dived into the pit. The explosion was over my head. I got out the book and started to read it.
"The Xanopithricratio. One of the most dangerous sea creatures of all times. Absorbs electricity and fire. Weaknesses: Shiny obj.." SMASH! ZAP! AAARRGGHH!! Someone got blasted to hell by electricity. The beast came over to where I was, it was 10 times bigger. It was bursting with electricity. I ran round the spiral curcuit. It was on top of me trying to get me but i ran at my fasted pace. You already know what that is, fast. Very fast is how fast i ran. Faster than light it felt. When I lost its trail I met up with Chompy. He was okay but he was battling a little rat. I giggled a little. I saw a mechanic trying to eat stale bread in a corner. I left Chompy to his play and went to the mechanic. "Hi."
"NO! BLINDING IMAGES! DESTRUCTION! XANAPITACAPOKO! WHATEVER! I'M GONNA DIE! DOMESDAY I TELL YE'!" He fainted. Garret came up because he was trying to chase after Chompy. He heard the whole thing. "Whats going on here?"
"Wierd guy? Know 'im?"
"James? James is that you? Your alive?"
"GONNA DIE! IMAGES! BLANK IMAGES WERE ALL GONNA DIE! SAVE YOURSELVES ITS BEHIND YOU!" We looked behind them at the same pace. James apparently died of heart attack. The monster was there. It was smaller now because it had lost some of its energy. It shot its head through. I tried to block it with my arms but that was so stupid. I was flung into a closet. I saw bodies! I fell out on purpose I felt so sick. It was attacking Garrett but he was shooting it in the face pushing the Xanapithricratio back into the room. "Told you it was ferocious, hehe. And dangeroud too I did say!" He winked and got a small rocket launcher pistol thingy and shot it in the eye. Its eye started to bleed so it coulden't see. I ran at it. I used some kind of force to create a giant wave of wind which i blew at it and it went flying backwards so far it looked like a dot in the distance. Then there was a giant flood coming in. Me and Garrett and chompy went into a pipe-cap above us, we climbed and we climbed and we climbed. We came up back into the base. "Oh...crap." We ran but half way out of the base the rex's tail shot down like a bullet infront of us. We were blocked. I did a flip over its tail and landed on the other side. I jumped up again and flipped. He bit me. But he missed. Then I landed on its head and whacked his head. "Haha! You lost a brain cell." I chuckled. Garrett and Chompy sat back and watched. I was flung off onto its back and as i rolled off it curved up its tail and threw me away. I diddn't hit a wall this time, or a closet of dead bodies. I ran back at it and when its tail hit the ground I ran up it and got out my survival knife. I tried to stab its back but it went blunt. The rex did a sort of laugh and rolled over. It looked like it hurt but it diddnt. Besides these arn't your everyday dinosaur. It came back on its two feet. Before it saw us we were gone. But it chased us down the former main hall way. We hopped into a old army jeep. Parked outside the base. There was a AK-47 in there. I knelt down in the back while Garrett was driving. I shot the Rex in the head but they deflected. I shot its toe and it rolled over its back. Like a shoulder roll but it was different sort of. The rex landed on its feet. A big bird came out the sky. I grabbed the wheel behind his back while he was driving peacefully and drove it onto another road. The bird flew past the main road. The rex was gone. I sensed it in the trees. I shot at the bird it blocked it with its spare wings. I jumped. The bird swooped. I flipped. Everything went slow but I went faster. I landed on its back. I grabbed its spare wings. I saw a lake. I was going to dive it in but then something happened. I never thought i'd be so happy to see a Xanopithricratio. Its long neck came out of the water and eat it. It was like a chicken leg for a human due to its size. The rex jumped out of the wood. The Xanopithricratio came onto the land. The rex hit it. I noticed the blood on the Xanpithricratio's eye. It was the one who really woulden't invite us to its birthday party. The rex bumped into the Xan' the Xan bit its neck and flipped it over but the Rex slapped it into the water with its tonne weight tail. It came back out and dragged the Rex in. The rex got out and so did the Xanop'. The Xanopithricratio came out with the rex in its big mouth. Garrett turned around and saw a unconsious rex flying right towards the car. The xan' went back into the water. The Rex landed right behind them. It scraped across the muddy road and slided very fast. He put it into high gear and hand-breakturned into the woods. He was going slowly because he diddn't want to crash. A raptor jumped on the back of the jeep. I stood up. Everything went slow again. It was in mid-air jumping. So I jumped,span around, kicked it in the face and landed. It went onto the forest and called for his friends. More came out of the treetops. They all landed on the jeep but I kept either punching, kicking or shooting them off. One of those birds came again. My AK got jammed. "Dude! Go back! Its gonna kill us!"
"No were taking the scenic route!" He replied to me.
I had a '...' expression on my face. The bird stuck its teeth out as razors and as pikes. It was like jousting except we had no lance. A raptor jumped on the top of the jeep. We went right under the bird as it went behind us. We saw raptor body parts all over the jeeps bonnet. We both had the '...' expression now. We got back onto the main road and back into the camp. Chompy was just in the engine compartment nice and warm. We arrived in camp. The raptors seemed to have cleared out by now. We sat down in our encampment. Chompy got out and went to explore. "So whats with all these wierd things your doing lately?"
"I guess its just a gift. My indigo gift." I told him. "Come, we can't stay here the monsters will come very soon indeed."
"I agree. Wheres Chompy gone?" He asked.
"CHOMPY!" We shouted. We were looking around for hours. We heard a scream. We stopped still. We got shivers. Something had Chompy. We had to save him. One way or another. I looked in a tent. There was blood everywhere. And chompy at the back. I went in and slipped on some blood. Chompy snored and got up. He looked happy after his sleep and scaring us. He did a little screech, probably a laugh. We took him into the tent and I said. "Wow! Look hes grown." He has grown though. He grown about two inches. He could run now. He liked us. He thought I was his mother. I think. Well anyways, "So what do we do now?"
"We look for survivors, equipment, supplies ecsectra. I'll go and find some supplies and equipment. You get survivors. If there are any of course."
"Any where I can look?"
"Check the old research bunker we used. If not there use the medical center. That place is like the back of my hand."
"Okay."
"Okay!" We parted ways. I went to the south. My AK wasn't jammed anymore. I wandered into the deeper forests. I came upon...a hole. I tripped in it. Chompy heard me and ran after me. We went across a bridge. It had small gaps in it. So chompy had to skip from board to board. It was hell-of-a-long bridge. We were only about 1/4 over it in 5 minuites. But then it shaked. I tried to reach for a banister, but there wasn't any. Of course they have to make it hard for you. I looked down. I saw a canyon. I saw the Rex pass under it. It was coming. It woulden't let us get away. When it left. We carried on.Five minuites later after a faster speed we reached the edge. But then. Rex! On the other side. I grabbed Chompy and ran at my pace. Fast pace of course. When I got closer it went slow again. It lifted its head down to bite me but I jumped and landed on its nose. Chompy dropped himself onto the nose. I ran and ran up its back and slided down its tail. I looked back everything went normal again, but the rex was spinning around. I had to get out of the way. I saw Chompy on its eye lid punching it in the eye with his little fists and his little claws. When Chompy felt danger he jumped off. All we saw was a dizzy dizzy dinosaur. I hoped it would fall off the canyon. But it got its control back and followed us. I had him on my head while I was running at my speed of 80mph. The rex went at a similar pace if not faster."I would like to see a Xan... Ah!" It tried to bite chompy but i ducked. "opith... Agh!" "Ricratio!" Hopefully it would come. Then a big green thing attacked us. I diddn't see its face properlly though. When I did it looked like a big yellow,greeny-standing-on-two-leggy fish! With a baby Xanopithrictario in its mouth. It ran into the forest. Not before grabbing Chompy too. I screamed. I followed it into, What do you know? The research bunker. It had a big hole in the wall in the shape of the monster. I went in and saw a raptor nest. I diddn't take any eggs though. I went in and came on a big main research room. It was deserted of course. It was huge when i looked at it. I saw the monster. It was giant. Bigger when you get a close look. Chompy was in the corner. He appeared to be bleeding. I treated him but then he roared. Not in pain. Not in death. But for help. About 10 raptors came through many doors and attacked the beast. They pinned it down. I picked up Chompy and we got out. I remembered my mission and went through a door a raptor got through. I new we'd meet trouble. Big trouble. I went into a old room where someone was lay down on the floor eating metal. "Wow wow you'll break your teeth."
"Who...are you? Young traveller?"
"Im Dorrth Korr. Who are you?"
"Im Sendric Yin. I am a researcher. Good to fight!" He did some kick-boxing moves on a dead body hung up. He kicked its neck and its head fell off. "Uh we better go now, are we the last ones?"
"No time! Garrett is waiting for u..."
"Garrett Ginda is alive? Finally some good news. He was second in charge of this place and our best guard." I showed him the way out. We got round to a canyon. I looked up. The bridge.
"Oh no." The rex came out of the shadows bleeding. It just..fainted. Then in the distance I saw a Xanopithricratio. It was infront. Our enemy one. The one who diddn't want to be our pal. It charged at us. I used my wind power to keep it away while Sendric climbed up the mountain. I coulden't hold it for long. Two minuites later a big statue of a god fell off the canyon wall. It landed on the Xanopithricratio's head. I hoped that was it. I ran away but they I reached a dead end. I turned around and there was atleast 10 raptors there. I stood still. I was going to be eaten.

Well thats my story. I would spend the rest of my days as raptor food. With my body parts all over their nest. I would never find out where I truly was. I would never find out who I truly was. That was it.

No, it wasn't going to end like this. I ran up the wall infront of me like I had grippers on my feet. I did a backflip when i got to the top and landed behind them. The killer birds (Jindas) were circulating above me. They missed me by the inch. The raptors turned around. I used my wind power to knock the left, and right one into each other and knock them unconsious. The one infront of me lunged. I did a limbo dodge. Its tail went right above my face. When I got back up I scissor-kicked it in the jaw. It was unconsious too. I ran across the canyon fast. I kept dodging all the raptors coming to kill me. I saw the rex get up. As soon as it had a space under its belly I slid through it. Then the Xan I had to tackle. It shot some electricity at me. I jumped and landed on the lightning and ran up it at like 200mph. It lifted its head to bite me but I got over it. I went on its back and ran down it while using a blunt dagger to ride down on. Hurting the Xano. Crippling it even. It lifted its tail so I went very high when it slid me off. I grabbed the feet of a Jinda. It flew across the canyon. At the top were lots of thick and thin branches. It tried to swing me into them but I resisted them, dodged them or completely missed them. Then I saw the jeep, Garrett and Sendric were in it. I pulled the birds legs so it went over to the jeep. I fell from like 50 stories and landed in the jeep. Sendric looked really suprised. The jeep floored it and got away into the camp. I jumped off out of energy. Sendric had Chompy. I woke up in a tent with a fire next to me. I was safe..for now.
